If the name Ibio Inc. (NYSEMKT:IBIO) rings a bell, it may be because I put some bullish thoughts into print regarding the stock back on June 21st. I reiterated my optimism on July 12th. What can I say? It's fun to be right. IBIO shares have advanced 17% since my first look in late June. Then again, most of that big jump has unfurled in the last couple of days, meaning Ibio Inc. is overbought. Do we trust the breakout move, or do we fear a pullback? Answer: That depends.
Just as a refresher, IBIO was already taking shots at a break above its upper (and rising) resistance line in June when I first mentioned it. Though still erratic, with a string of higher lows already established, we knew the undertow was a positive one. What happened in the meantime is what sealed the deal for me. Though things remained erratic, notice how all throughout July Ibio Inc. shares started to find support at various moving average lines. During that time, the 20-day average line (blue) crossed above the 100-day line (gray), and as of this week the 50-day moving average line (purple) crossed above the 100-day line. Those are simply, but clear, bullish clues.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Dr. Kent Moors]
It's time to pull back a bit on exchange-traded fund (ETF) holdings allowing moves playing the WTI-Brent crude pricing spread. I have suggested previously the two primary plays here are PowerShares DB Energy (NYSE Arca: DBE) and United States Brent Oil Fund (NYSE Arca: BNO).
- [By Aaron Levitt]
As we said before, the Iranian deal doesn actually add any new supplies back into marketplace for quite some time. With oil demand starting to move ahead as the global economy is beginning to return to normalcy, Brent prices should grind their way upwards. That makes the United States Brent Oil (BNO) a prime play.

Larson bought 351,019 shares of Diamond Foods in the fourth quarter. The fourth quarter was an opportune time to look at Diamond Foods as its share price quickly dropped amid a walnut accounting fiasco. It has a broad 52-week range of $21.41 to $96.13 per share, hitting the lowest point in the fourth quarter.
Essentially, Diamond was forced to restate its financial statements for the fiscal years 2010 and 2010 as an audit committee in February found that it misstated its accounting for several crop payments to walnut growers. A payment of $20 million in August 2010 and a payment of $60 million in September 2011 were not accounted for in the correct periods as a result of what the company called nadequate controls. The issue was bad enough that the CEO and CFO were replaced as a result.
The issue also contributed in February 2012 to the termination of the pending $2.35 billion acquisition of Pringles, which was expected to have a major impact on Diamond. Pringles is the world largest potato chip brand, with sales in over 140 countries. The acquisition would have more than tripled the size of Diamond snack business, creating a snack food company with total revenues of approximately $2.4 billion.
If Diamond had owned Pringles for fiscal year 2011, the company would have had estimated net sales of $2.4 billion, a double-digit accretion to earnings per share, and EBITDA of $398 million to $410 million. Fiscal 2012 total net sales including Pringles were estimated to be approximately $1.8 billion, and EPS would have been in a range from $3 to $3.10 per share. Without the acquisition,
